1. Course Cancellation by Student
- Students may request cancellation of their course enrollment by submitting a written request via email to info@mmaguruz.in.
- Cancellation requests must include the student’s full name, registered phone number, and course details.
- Cancellation will be considered effective only after written confirmation from MMAGURUZ.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Before batch commencement: Eligible for refund after deduction of applicable administrative charges.
- After batch commencement: No refund will be provided once the batch has started or access to course material has been granted.
- Demo / Webinar fees (if any): Non-refundable.
- Registration / booking amount: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
4. Batch Transfer (If Applicable)
- MMAGURUZ may allow a one-time batch transfer subject to availability and management approval.
- Batch transfer requests must be made prior to batch start date.
- Additional administrative charges may apply.
5. Cancellation by MMAGURUZ
MMAGURUZ reserves the right to:
- Reschedule or cancel any batch due to insufficient enrollments, faculty unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, students will be offered:
- Alternate batch option, or
- Full refund (if no suitable batch is available).
6. Exceptional Cases
Refunds outside this policy are strictly at the sole discretion of MMAGURUZ management.
